Rafał joined Stock Plzeň-Božkov as Managing Director on 11th October 2023 to manage Stock Spirits’ operations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Rafał is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Stock Spirits Group.

Rafal Walendzik has a wealth of experience in the FMCG industry in the fields such as commercial, marketing, new product development, change management and people development. He worked for organisations such as McCormick & Company, Harper Hygienics and most recently for Kraft Heinz as Managing Director for the South East Asia region. He led operations in India, Thailand, Myanmar, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Brunei and Taiwan for over three years. Prior to that, he successfully managed for five years the Kraft Heinz business as Managing Director in Poland. He started his career at Unilever.
