STOCK Plzeň – Božkov s.r.o. has a new CEO. He is Rafal Walendzik, who will manage the activities of Stock Spirits Group in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He succeeds Jan Havlis, who has held the position since March 2016. Rafal Walendzik is also a member of the Stock Spirits Group Executive Committee.

Rafal Walendzik has extensive experience in FMCG, for example in sales, marketing, new product development, change management and people development. He has worked for organisations including McCormick & Company, Harper Hygienics and most recently for Kraft Heinz as Managing Director for the South East Asia region. In this role, he spent two and a half years managing operations in India, Thailand, Myanmar, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Brunei and Taiwan. Prior to that, he successfully led Kraft Heinz in Poland as CEO for five years. He started his career at Unilever.

Rafal Walendzik has a proven track record of success, including transforming Kraft Heinz in the Southeast Asia region into a brand-building organisation, helping to drive consistent growth. His core values in business and personal life are personal commitment, integrity and promoting great people.

Privately, he is a cycling and F1 enthusiast.
